Good quality client reporting is usually a process that takes hours. The average agency account manager spends 4 plus hours every month on reporting, and that’s just for one client. When you look at agencies with 10 plus clients, that’s a whole week on reporting.
Recognition Creative specifically wanted to improve campaign management for their client – SETsquared – a unique enterprise partnership and a dynamic collaboration between the five leading research-led UK universities of Bath, Bristol, Exeter, Southampton and Surrey.
